Are we executing the Commercial Strategy well? Regular checks to ensure the Sales Plan is on track and obstacles identified and overcome. Review sales and operational performance against the KPIs

Route Check

Is the Commercial Strategy working? Trimesterly checks to see if we are where we think we are and that we are going in the right direction. Need to take account of any changes in circumstance or priorities.
