The following short descriptions provide summaries of some of the jobs we have undertaken for our clients:

The British Retail Consortium
Commerciality provided (via MAANA Limited) an interim procurement project manager to source and put in place a contract with an IT system developer who would design and build its new “Global Standards Directory” website and database.  We managed the whole procurement life cycle – sourcing, tendering, evaluating suppliers’ proposals, drafting the service contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, instructing external lawyers and arranging contract execution.  Commerciality is now providing post-award consultancy support to the BRC, for contract management and leadership of its user acceptance planning and test script production.

Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency
We completed a consultancy project (via MAANA Limited) advising on the implementation of OGC Guidelines for a Programme and Project Centre of Excellence (COE).  The project advised on COE functionality, undertook a gap analysis of existing DVLA processes and proposed an implementation approach. The final report was delivered on schedule and commended by client.

Alliance Trust Savings
We supplied an interim Chief Information Officer to set up a professional IT department in its City-based pensions administration office, to manage outsourced hardware and software development contracts for vital back-office systems and to direct all of its supplier relationships.

MAANA
Commerciality provided commercial and contract management and procurement expertise to support MAANA's consultancy services.

A local solicitor
We planned and implemented the relocation and reorganisation of its office IT systems.

Wolanski Checkley Fisher
Commerciality completed a product and market research project for this actuarial practice, which was considering whether to bring a new pension administration software product to market.

Amsterdam Power Exchange
We succesfully completed two projects delivering contract drafting and commercial advice as part of the major "NorNed Interconnector" change programme.

A local IT services business
We drafted new commercial contract terms and conditions for its service portfolio.  We also reviewed its purchase costs and advised on improvements to its procurement and purchasing practice.
